How can PRO-NOX help?

Self-administered by patient

One of the best things about PRO-NOX is that you, the patient, are in control. PRO-NOX allows you to effectively control how much or how little relief you need. During your procedure, you can hold and move the disposable hand-held breathing tube closer or further away from your airways to adjust the amount of relief you need.

Safe mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide

PRO-NOX is a safe mixture of 50% oxygen (O2) and 50% nitrous oxide (N2O) for patients to breathe “laughing gas” through a clean single-use hand-held breathing tube. The 50/50 mixture is an effective analgesic that provides quick pain relief while giving the patient a sense of control. Studies have even shown that it is non-addictive and delays or decreases the need for other pain medications. Within 5-10 minutes, there is no trace of the chemical in your body. This means you can safely return to your everyday activities and even drive yourself home.

How can Dsuvia help?

Dsuvia is a narcotic pain reliever. Some people prefer to make this choice for pain relief during treatments like Morpheus 8 as it can be slightly stronger than PRO-NOX. Because it is an oral medication, it does stay in your system longer, so you will be limited as to what you can do directly after your procedure.

You will need someone to drive you home, and you may feel fatigued for several hours.
