This 72 year old female complains of aging in her face and looking tired. She had a facelift by a previous surgeon in the past. Dr. Haydon felt like she was a good candidate for a secondary facelift and fat grafting to her face with a lateral platysmal neck lift. She had a fair amount of scarring from her thyroid surgery in the past. The fat transfers to her face will help with volume loss that everyone gets over the years.
