This 68 year old patient was complaining of aging in her face and looking tired. She has no history of any previous facial surgery except for upper blepharoplasty in the distant past. We were able to rejuvenate her with a SMAS facelift with necklift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She is 3 months post-op & very happy with her results!!
