A 51-year-old mother of three had saline implants from 2003 but wanted to downsize and address sagging in her breasts. She also wanted body contouring to reduce fullness in her lateral bra roll and flanks, as she couldn’t wear front-buttoning blouses. The plan was to switch to smaller silicone gel implants with less projection and perform BodyTite, SAFE lipo, and MorpheusBody treatments.

Her original 375cc implants were overfilled to 450g, so I replaced them with 320cc and 350cc Moderate Profile Sientra implants. I also lifted the IMF crease and used absorbable mesh for internal support. Skin tightening with BodyTite, Morpheus, and SAFE lipo was done on her sides.

Nine months later, she’s very happy with the results. Her breasts look and feel more natural, and she’s able to wear front-button blouses comfortably again.
