18yo with pronounced asymmetry where Right side did not develop and left side was larger and considerably lower. On the right I placed a Sientra Low Plus 225cc implant and on the left did a small reduction and lift. I used the Sientra Viality fat system and injected 120cc into the right and 100cc into the left. Pictures are 2 months post op
