This 60 year old patient had 26 year old implants and was complaining of implant firmness with the right breast being worse than left. Initially, her implants were in a subglandular position. Dr. Haydon felt like she would be best served to remove the capsule and change her implants to a subpectoral position. Dr. Haydon elected to use a 255CCMentor Smooth Round Classic profile gel implants. This patient is beyond happy for her results!
