This 50 year old original implants were textured saline 325CC nominal- overfilled to 400CC. She had gross asymmetry with right side being particularly hard and firm with distorted shape. Dr, Haydon placed 500cc Moderate High Profile silicone gel implants bilaterally exchange from sub-glandular to sub-pectoral pocket and placement of strattice. Her implants are soft and in great position at 6 months post-op.
