This 60 year old from Austin, Texas had a sub-glandular breast augmentation in 1989. She now complains of breasts being hard and painful. A mammogram revealed her right implant is ruptured. Dr. Haydon performed a bilateral capsulectomy and implant exchange with conversion to sub-muscular pocket using Mentor Moderate Classic Silicone gel implants 255cc. Her implants are soft and in good position at 13 months post op.
