Breast Revision by Dr. Haydon
Case #770
This 59 year old patient was complaining about bilateral implant firmness. The original augmentation was done in 1986 in a subglandular position. She has had recent increase in size on the right and associated pain. A mammogram showed incidental rupture. She would be best served to remove the capsules and implants to be placed to a subpectoral position. This patient is 4 months post op, pain free & extremely happy with her results.
