This 45yo female is complaining of back and neck pain secondary to hypermastia. She has a long history of large breasts which have caused her a great deal of discomfort. She currently wears approximately a 38E bra. She would like to be a C or D cup. Dr. Haydon performed a breast reduction with a mastopexy. He removed 793 grams of breast tissue from the right breast & 996 grams of breast tissue from the left breast. This patient is 1 year post op & can now exercise without being in pain!!
