This 44 year old African-American woman was complaining of back & neck pain due to her large breasts. She had a gastric sleeve & lost about 150 lbs, but still had pain. A breast reduction with a Wise pattern was performed on this patient. 1401 grams (a little over 3 lbs) were removed from her right breast. 1239 grams (a little over 2.5 lbs) were removed from her left breast. This is a total of about 5.8 lbs of breast tissue that was removed!
