This 23 year old patient desires a breast reduction with breast lift . She was a 32 GG & wanted to be a C/D cup. On exam it was noted that the left breast was larger., because of this notation, we removed 170 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 210 grams of breast tissue from the left breast. This patient is 4 months post-op & should see less scarring as she progresses to heal.
