34-year-old mother of two. She originally had saline implants and then in 2015 replaced with silicone implants. According to her, she "bought into" Breast Implant Illness and decided to have her implants out. The nonspecific issues did not resolve, and she came away unhappy with her shape. On the left, she has a crease that she didn’t like. She felt like her breasts were deflated and not pretty. She really wanted to look better in clothes and remain active. Basically, she just liked the look with the implants better.
We placed 385cc Sientra HSC+ Mod Plus profile implants and released the crease on the left. Injected Exparel for pain control.
Postop, she had minimal pain and was back to her routine in 2 weeks. She said, “this is the best set of implants I’ve ever had!”.
