This 67 year old came into our office & desired more fullness in her breasts. I used 325 CC Mentor Smooth Round MPP-Xtra gel implant on both the left & right breast. Using the Xtra gel implant allows for a little more push with her projection without looking “over done.” This patient is 3 months post-op & loving her new curves!
