This 62 yo patient desired a facial rejuvenation. During her consultation, we that she should undergo a SMAS facelift. She would also benefit from an upper & lower blepharoplasty. Due to moderate sun exposure, a TCA peel was also performed at the same time. This patient had some volume loss in certain areas, so we also performed fat grafting to her face. This patient is one year post-op & is very happy with her results!!
