This patient was complaining of aging in her neck and looking tired. She has no history of any previous facial surgery. She was a good candidate for an extended neck lift and would also benefit from fat grafting to parts of her face where she had volume loss. Dr. Haydon harvested her fat from her abdomen for the fat grafting. The results of this patient are incredible!!
