A 51-year-old mother of three had saline implants placed in 2003. She wanted to go smaller and address the fullness in her lateral bra roll and flanks. She also felt her breasts were sagging and couldn’t wear blouses that buttoned in the front. The plan was to switch to smaller silicone gel implants with less projection and use BodyTite, SAFE lipo, and MorpheusBody to contour the lateral bra roll and flank area.

She had 375cc implants that were overfilled to 450gm. I replaced them with 320cc and 350cc Moderate Profile Sientra implants. I also raised the IMF crease, which had stretched over time, and supported the implant internally with absorbable mesh. Skin tightening with BodyTite and Morpheus, along with SAFE lipo, was done on the sides.

Nine months later, she’s very happy with the results. Her breasts look more natural, feel much softer, and she can now comfortably wear blouses that button in the front.
