Procedure Description: Left implant exchange, Right breast augmentation w/ mastopexy with mesh for soft tissue support bilaterally.
The patient came in to correct asymmetry from a previous surgery of unilateral breast augmentation done many years ago to correct asymmetry. Now that she has aged, the symmetry has become more apparent, which she desired to have corrected.
