This patient came to us with having implants and a breast lift done previously. Pt was dissatisfied with her size and loss of volume in the upper breast area, as well as skin laxity (drooping) over the years. Dr. Booth performed a bilateral implant exchange with a secondary mastopexy (breast lift) and added Durasorb mesh for soft tissue support to extend the longevity of her surgical results.
