This patient came to see us with cosmetic dissatisfaction of the asymmetry in her breasts and diastasis in her abdomen after pregnancy. Patient did not like the asymmetry in her breasts but did not want the added fullness of having an implant. Dr. Booth performed a breast lift (mastopexy) without implants and a full abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair.
